I have a plant that I want to make sure I know how to take care of it properly and I want to know when you water it does it have to have holes at the bottom of the cup or vase? I have a plant in a cup not a pot so does it need to have holes at the bottom? Please, don’t wanna wake up to a dead plant!
Answer:
The most common cause of dead plants are over watering. Holes will let the excess water out. It is difficult to estimate exactly how much to water a plant. Although it is possible to do it without holes, you’ll improve your chances 95% if you do have them.
