I rented a house for 17 years and was supposed to buy it when the owner retired got I got shafted by a dirty dealing realtor who put the owners privates into a real bind and I ended up having to leave. Well now the house came up for sale at almost the same price and I snatched it up. But the entire front yard has been covered in SAND. The once beautiful green lawn – including the driveway! – has been covered in sand!!! Yards and yard of it!!! Not only is a pain and ugly, but it’s like one huge cat box for the neighborhood cats. The previous owners couldn’t have been in their right mind to do this, but now I need to know just how to get rid of it. It would take forever and a day to shovel it and bag it, but is that my only option? Is there another way to get rid of it, all at once? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Answer:
call a company in your area that sells brick pavers for patios or walkways, they need sand for base. tell them they can have it for free if they remove it.
