SOunds like you need to take it back. Most of that stuff you can’t BUY hardware for, if it didn’t come with it take it back

when i worked for Lowe’s and you came to me with this problem i would open another box of same product and make copies or i would look up the 1-800 number most companies have. i found that companies that do not have 1-800 numbers do not do good business and i could also look up who the vendor was and call them.
