My wife and I built a lodge-style cedar home near Tacoma, WA. Our decor is completely rustic with log accents, bear, moose, wolves, lumberjack paraphernalia, etc. Unfortunately, after years of searching the internet, malls, and seemingly everywhere, we cannot find a suitable very long wall hanging, tapestry, or even print(least desirable) for this immense blank wall above our woodstove that spans about 18 feet in length and 8 feet in width. Something along the order of 10 to 12 feet long and 4 feet wide would be ideal. However, it would also have to mesh nicely with our decor. We haven’t seen anything with such dimensions for consumers. Moreover, we find that decor to be rare.
Frankly, we both work for nonprofits so our budget isn’t impressive either. Therefore, we’re also asking for other advice with what to do with this area in a kind of “thinking outside of our box” kind of way. IT REALLY NEEDS SOMETHING AS IT’S THE CENTERPIECE OF THE HOUSE!

I am having my daughter’s first birthday party. I want to hang paper lanterns and butterflies from the ceiling all over the room. What is a good way hang them without ANY damage? It will be at my parent’s newly built home and I do not want any trace left on the painted ceiling. What would you recommend? No tape please!! Thanks
I think I seen them in Chinese Restaurants!
