I would really like to paint my bedroom walls a shiny,flashy gold color. not a yellow gold though. Where can i view the colors of the paint on the internet, and get some ideas? I have already tried Lowes & couldnt find anything….=[

I just recently moved. I have 2 huge blank white walls in my kitchen… they are side by side.. what to put up there??
Okay, I need to be more clear, sorry guys! I can’t paint the walls. =( I’m renting. Sucky, I know.

My family and I are moving into a new house and I’m designing my room. My walls are white, I have a trey cieling and part of it is painted Tiffany blue, and my floors are a dark reddish brown hardwood. I’m going for a more vintage antique design, so most of my furniture is wood and older. Tiffany blue is my pop of color, and I have it in many forms (Tiffany boxes, a few picture frames, etc.).
I’m trying to decide what color my bedding should be. Should it be blue, or more of a cream color? What about my rug? Can you leave links to examples of bedding? Thanks =]
I’m a teenage guy, 15 years old, and I have bare walls, I’m looking to put some art/photography/posters on my wall, I want it to be sophisticated/classy but not too uppity and high class making me look like a snob.. I have dark wood furniture, night stand, bed, and dresser.. What could I put on my walls to go with that and not cost too much? I was thinking vintage movie posters or black and white photos, all of it framed… What do you think?
My folks have a vintage antique sideboard supposedly made in Scotland during the late 1700′s. Where on this piece did the crafter usually mark or label their work? My Dad has looked up and down on it for any kind of clue as to who exactly made it—-any help would be appreciated! I know my description was brief.
