		<description>The Craigslist or Kijiji in your metro area is probably your best bet.  Also flea markets and &quot;antique malls&quot; where multiple dealers sell in one building.  Or watch for household auctions and estate sales.  Not knowing where you live it would be hard to be more specific about thrift stores in your area.  

Online is probably not a good choice for buying used furniture (except Craigslist or Kijiji).  You really need to see it in person to inspect the condition plus shipping costs for items that large from a site out of state would drive the prices up until they were not worthwhile.</description>
